THE BATH HALF MARATHON FUND
The Bath Half Marathon Fund was established in 2003 to distribute grants to smaller local charities & voluntary groups within Bath & North East Somerset using funds generated from optional donations generously made by runners at point of entry to each year's race. The simple expediant of adding a box for optional donations on our entry forms has touched runners' imaginations & generated significant funds for local good causes
Runners' donations are distributed via the Quartet Community Foundation through grants for sports, active lifestyle and play-based projects targeting disadvantage or rural isolation within the Bath and North East Somerset area
